 | | OK already! So it's not the two way message board we would like to have but at least " You got the message". To get back to us use the Vega E-mail or the contact us on the web site. Being sailors, perhaps I should point out that the web site is where you are now. | |
We keep trying to get rid of Singapore John but still no luck. Looks like he's sailing with us on the next legs through Indonesia. Good on you John, you now have the record for lasting the longest with diving over the side in frustration Just goes to prove not all Chinamen are as smart as thrie made out to be.

While we were in Thailand there was a bad storm surge in Singapore that bashed Vega into the pier for almost two days snaping new 32 mm nylon mooring lines like threads. Hay kiddies those lines were rated at 10 tons! |

| The guys tried their best to avoid damage but it was rough. Vega being her usual tough as nails self managed to bash hell out of the pier and scratch her paint. |

The auto pilot and GPS have ben replaced with completely new ones from Ray Marine, I know EVERYONEwill miss the fun of hand steering. The outside steering station is starting to look like a space shuttle what with all the new electronic gadgets. I would list the whole lot here, just out of pride mind you, but I'd soon run out of page.
